The Imperial Royale Hotel opened its door for business in the latter part of the year 2007. It has a unique design and style that is new in Uganda. The hotel is centrally located in Kampala and thus provides easy and traffic-free access to government offices and shopping malls. This is the only hotel in the city with guaranteed parking for over 500 cars in dual
underground levels and rooms serviced by five elevators for easy movement.
The hotel attracts important international conferences, given that it has the biggest conference facilities in the country, with 20 conference halls that cater for different needs –
50 – seater to 2,000 – seater halls. The hotel’s ultra modern health club includes a swimming pool and overlooks the beauty of the Kololo Hills. The hotel was designated “The Media Hotel” during the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in November
2007 in Kampala and carried this mantle to the satisfaction of the over 400 International journalists who covered the event.
The Imperial Royale Hotel is a forty five minutes drive from Entebbe International Airport supported by a 24-hour manned office at the Entebbe International Airport.
